As of March 17th, 2021, Aqua Sativa Ltd in conjunction with its CBD supplier (British Cannabis) have made a validated Novel food application and formally listed with the Food Standard Agency (FSA). Having commenced trading in November 2019, Aqua Sativa meets all the FSA’s conditions and will therefore continue to trade as normal from 1st April 2021.
